Axisflying Argus PRO Plug & Play 55A Stack

The Axisflying Argus PRO Plug & Play 55A Stack is an integrated flight control and power management solution for advanced FPV drone builds. It combines an STM32F722-based F7 flight controller with a 55A 4-in-1 BLHeli_32 ESC, providing the processing and motor control required for responsive multirotor performance.

The stack supports 3S to 6S LiPo batteries and features a CNC-machined aluminum enclosure designed to protect the electronics while improving heat dissipation. Its plug-and-play architecture makes it easier to connect compatible digital video systems, analog cameras, GPS modules, and other common FPV peripherals without extensive soldering.

With dual BEC outputs, 16MB Blackbox storage, and support for up to eight motor outputs, the Argus PRO 55A Stack is suitable for both conventional FPV quadcopters and more complex X8 multirotor configurations.

How to Use

1. Check frame compatibility: Confirm that your drone frame supports a 30.5 × 30.5mm M3 mounting pattern and provides enough clearance for the aluminum enclosure.

2. Install the stack: Secure the flight controller and ESC assembly using suitable mounting hardware and vibration-damping components where required.

3. Connect the motors: Attach the four motor connections to the ESC outputs using the supplied or compatible connectors.

4. Connect the battery: Connect a compatible 3–6S LiPo battery through the appropriate power connection.

5. Connect peripherals: Use the plug-and-play ports for compatible DJI O3 Air Unit, GPS, camera, receiver, LED, and buzzer connections.

6. Configure the flight controller: Connect the stack to a computer and configure the flight controller using compatible Betaflight or INAV firmware.

7. Test before flying: Verify motor order, motor direction, receiver inputs, voltage readings, and peripheral operation before the first flight.

Important Notes

• The 55A rating refers to the ESC's continuous current specification. Ensure your motors and propellers operate within the ESC's current limits.

• The stack supports 3–6S LiPo batteries. Do not connect batteries outside this voltage range.

• IP54 protection provides resistance to dust and splashes, not waterproof or submersible protection.

• The 5V and 9V BEC outputs are each rated at 2A. Check the power requirements of connected peripherals before installation.

• DJI O3 Air Unit compatibility requires correct wiring and suitable power connections.

• Confirm the exact gyro and UART configuration for the hardware revision before firmware configuration.

• The aluminum enclosure requires sufficient frame clearance and airflow for proper installation and cooling.

• Always remove propellers during initial configuration and motor testing.
