How It Works

The IMAX B6 uses a microprocessor-controlled charging system to manage different types of rechargeable batteries. The user selects the appropriate battery chemistry, cell count, charging current, and charging mode before starting the charging process.

For compatible lithium battery packs, the internal balancing function monitors and balances individual cells during the charging process. This is particularly useful for multi-cell LiPo and Li-ion battery packs.

The charger also provides fast and storage charging modes. The adjustable charging and discharging currents allow the charger to be configured according to the requirements of different rechargeable battery packs.
