The HJ005 Mini Glue Gun 20W is a compact hot-melt adhesive applicator for everyday DIY and craft work. It uses standard 7mm glue sticks and heats the adhesive so it can be dispensed through the nozzle for quick bonding. Similar 20W mini glue-gun models commonly specify a 3–5 minute warm-up period and 7mm glue-stick compatibility.

How to Use

1. Insert a compatible 7mm glue stick into the rear of the glue gun.
2. Place the glue gun on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
3. Connect it to a suitable 100–240V AC power source.
4. Turn on the power switch.
5. Allow approximately 3–5 minutes for the heating system to warm up.
6. Gently press the trigger to feed the glue stick and dispense melted adhesive through the nozzle.
7. Apply the required amount of glue to the target surface.
8. Join the surfaces while the adhesive is still workable and allow it to cool.
9. Switch off and unplug the glue gun after use.
10. Allow the nozzle and gun to cool completely before storage.

Important Notes

• The nozzle and melted glue become very hot and can cause burns. Do not touch them during or immediately after operation.
• Keep the glue gun away from children unless supervised by a responsible adult.
• Use only compatible 7mm glue sticks.
• Allow the glue gun to preheat for approximately 3–5 minutes before use.
• Do not operate it in wet, damp, or flammable environments.
• Place the hot glue gun on a heat-resistant surface when not in use.
• Do not leave the powered glue gun unattended for extended periods.
• Unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely before storage or cleaning.
• The actual heating temperature and warm-up time can vary with ambient conditions and supply voltage.
