Overview

The ESP32-CAM-MB Programmer Board eliminates the need for a separate USB-to-TTL adapter when programming compatible ESP32-CAM development boards. Simply connect the ESP32-CAM to the programmer board, connect the programmer to a computer through USB, and use the appropriate ESP32 board definition in the Arduino IDE or another supported development environment.

The onboard CH340 USB-to-UART converter provides the serial communication bridge between the computer and ESP32-CAM. The adapter also provides convenient access to the ESP32-CAM's programming interface, making firmware uploading and serial communication considerably simpler than manually wiring an external USB-to-serial converter.

Depending on the hardware revision, the programmer may include BOOT/IO0 and RESET/EN controls, allowing the ESP32-CAM to be placed into download mode and restarted without manually connecting multiple jumper wires.
